COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1:What does a Life Insurance Broker do, and how is that different from an agent?

A1: A broker works for you, not for one insurance company. I compare options across multiple carriers to find coverage that actually fits your family's situation, rather than pushing a single company's products.

Q2:What's your client process?

A2: Your high-value individualized journey starts with a conversation to get acquainted and cover the client-broker process. Next, you will receive an educational overview of money concepts and principles on debt, how money works, and then complete a Life Insurance Quote Request form and a Financial Needs Worksheet.

Afterwards, you will receive a demonstration and have a discussion with me about personalized financial solutions and submitting an application for qualification.

Lastly, we will have a conversation about your eligibility status and the decision/offering made to you by the company. Depending on your situation, we will connect every 6 months to a year to make sure things are still financially on track and make any necessary adjustments or changes to your account. I'll be your financial specialist for my lifetime.

Q3:Do you only work with teachers, or with everyone?

A3: I especially love working with teachers, educators and families; however, I help those seeking education and help with life insurance, student loan debt, other debt, and retirement.

Q4:What types of coverage do you offer?

A4: Life insurance (whole life, term life, and indexed universal life-IULs), and supplemental retirement plans. My recommendations are based on your specific situation, not a one-size-fits-all package.

Q5: How much does life insurance typically cost?

A5: It depends on your age, health, gender, and the type of coverage you need. The best way to find out is to book a Conversation today. There's no cost or obligation to talk through your situation.

Q6: Is this the same as retirement planning or investing?

A6: No. I'm a licensed Life Insurance Broker, not a financial advisor or investment professional. I focus specifically on life insurance, related tools, and life insurance based plans for retirement.

Q7: Are your appointments face-to-face or virtual?

A7: My appointments are predominately virtual and over the phone; however, I offer face-to-face appointments depending on your location and preference. Just let me know what you need when we connect!

Q8: How do I get started?
